The one-hour journey
The intended hour is a prepared signing meeting for suitable transactions. Due diligence, identity and source-of-funds checks, agreed terms and bank preparation happen beforehand. Registration, contractual completion, funds clearance and possession follow their own timetable. Any unresolved issue can delay or stop signing.
Professional appointments and fees
Brokerage work must be carried out under the applicable requirements and a separate written engagement. An independent lawyer, inspection professional, bank and suppliers have their own appointments, obligations and fees. No named law-firm partnership or all-inclusive fee is represented here.
No transaction through this site
Using a calculator or downloading a brief does not reserve a property, appoint a professional or create a sale contract. Do not pay purchase money to this site. A separate signed agreement governs any actual service or purchase.
