The home planner and investment calculator run in your browser. This launch version has no connected inquiry-delivery backend: entering information does not send a request. Downloaded briefs stay on your device unless you share them. Do not upload identity or banking documents here.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics receives basic usage information such as the page address without query parameters, browser/device information and network information used by Google. Analytics cookies may recognise repeat visits. Your budget, answers, identity documents and contact fields are not sent as event data. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by this site.
Your choice
Rejecting analytics leaves the planning tools available. We remember your choice in local storage for six months. Reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent reloads the page and removes accessible Analytics cookies for this domain. Your browser can also delete or block cookies.
Hosting and external services
We use approximate country and city information supplied by the host, when available, to choose the language on the entry page. A necessary jd-language cookie remembers your manual language choice for six months; no precise location permission is requested. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts. External government and other links open services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information.
When contact delivery is enabled
A connected inquiry service will identify what is sent, the recipient, purpose and retention arrangement before collection. Sensitive transaction documents belong in the independently appointed professional’s secure onboarding process.
Questions and rights
The business contact channel and legal entity details must be confirmed before online lead collection is launched. Until then, please do not enter confidential documents or rely on this preview to contact the business. Google explains its processing at policies.google.com/privacy.
